1. Who operates this website
Nuteshwar is owned and operated by Rizzco Collective Private Limited, a private limited company registered at 02, Chanakya Tower, Sandesh Press Road, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015, India.
In these terms, “Nuteshwar”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Rizzco Collective Private Limited. “You” and “customer” refer to a person using the website or placing an order.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the Privacy, Returns & Refunds, and Shipping policies. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. If you place an order for another person, you confirm that you are authorised to provide their delivery details.
You are responsible for accurate account, billing, delivery, and contact information and for activity carried out through your account. Do not share one-time passwords or account access.
We may restrict or suspend an account after review where there is evidence of fraud, coupon misuse, abusive behaviour, repeated payment abuse, unauthorised resale, or a material breach of these terms.
3. Products and food safety
We aim to describe products accurately. Product photography, colour, texture, and consistency may vary slightly because ingredients and small batches naturally vary. Natural oil separation is normal and is not, by itself, a defect.
Always read the product page and jar label before use. Products may contain peanuts or tree nuts and are manufactured on shared equipment that processes peanuts, almonds, pistachios, and hazelnuts. Label allergen and storage instructions take priority over general website copy.
Store jars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, use clean and dry utensils, keep the tamper seal intact until first use, and do not consume a product that appears unsafe or is past a printed use-by date.
4. Prices and payments
The product price, applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and final amount payable will be shown before payment. You must review the final checkout amount before confirming an order.
Payments are handled through the payment methods displayed at checkout, including supported UPI, wallet, and card methods. Nuteshwar does not store payment card numbers, security codes, or UPI PINs.
An order is accepted only after payment succeeds and we confirm the order for processing. A payment acknowledgement alone does not require us to fulfil an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be processed.
5. Orders, rejection, and cancellation
Cancellation requests are not accepted before or after dispatch. You may submit an order-review request, but an order-review request does not guarantee cancellation.
We may reject or cancel an order for inventory unavailability, payment failure, an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, promotion abuse, an incomplete or undeliverable address, legal restrictions, or suspected unauthorised resale.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount collected for that order to the original payment method. Shipping delays and delivery exceptions are handled under the Shipping policy.
6. Discounts and promotions
A promotion applies only while it is valid and only on the products, customers, order values, and dates stated with it. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.
Unless a promotion expressly says otherwise, only one coupon may be used per order and coupon stacking is not permitted. Eligibility may be checked using the account, email address, phone number, delivery address, device, or payment method associated with an order.
Promotions do not apply to bulk, wholesale, or reseller orders unless expressly stated. We may withdraw a promotion or reject its use where it was obtained through duplicate accounts, automation, misrepresentation, or another abuse.
7. Reviews and customer content
Reviews must be genuine, respectful, and related to the product purchased. By submitting text, photographs, or videos, you confirm that you created them or have permission to submit them.
We may moderate unlawful, threatening, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, irrelevant, or promotional content. We will not remove a review merely because it is negative.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, format, and display approved review content for operating and promoting Nuteshwar. You may request removal, subject to records we must retain by law.
8. Website use and intellectual property
Nuteshwar names, branding, labels, photographs, illustrations, copy, product designs, and website materials are owned by or licensed to us. You may use the website for personal shopping and information only.
You may not scrape, copy, republish, impersonate, interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, bypass security, introduce malicious code, make fraudulent transactions, or use the website or its content for unauthorised commercial activity.
9. Third-party services
Checkout, payments, analytics, communications, and delivery may depend on third-party services. Their systems may occasionally be unavailable or delayed. We remain responsible for our obligations to you but do not control every third-party network or service.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.
10. Responsibility and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including responsibility for unsafe or defective food, fraud, or rights available under applicable consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate customer information, failure to follow label instructions, misuse, improper storage after delivery, unauthorised account access caused by the customer, or events outside reasonable control.
The Returns & Refunds and Shipping policies form part of these terms and explain the evidence and process used to resolve order issues.
11. Governing law and grievances
These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts and consumer forums with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes; subject to those mandatory rights, contractual proceedings will be brought in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We aim to acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 7 business days where possible. Complex matters may take longer, in which case we will provide an update. You may also use remedies available under applicable consumer law.
12. Changes and enforceability
We may update these terms when the website, products, providers, or legal obligations change. The version shown when an order is accepted will govern that order unless a later change is required by law or benefits the customer.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. Mandatory law prevails wherever it conflicts with these terms.
